Welcome to FindAnyVenue.com (the “Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
4. User Accounts
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration to help us keep your account information updated. If you signed up by yourself, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Posting or transmitting content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Collecting personal information from other users without their consent.
6. Content Submission
If you submit content (your venue to be listed by us) through our Service:
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
You grant us permission to promote, distribute and re-sell your venue to our network of travel agencies, tour operators, OTAs, and other resellers to optimize exposure, inquiries and bookings at the agreed rate in the venue listing form.
7. Contract & Fees
There are no traditional contracts, instead we offer an open contract where you are free to join or leave our platform at any time provided any pending commissions from confirmed bookings or subscriptions are settled. We operate on a standard, legally binding Terms & Conditions model with all our venue partners. As a commercial platform, FindAnyVenue.com may charges a percentage-based fee on confirmed bookings or a yearly subscription fee as agreed with each venue as outlined on the venue
listing form during onboarding. This charges help maintain the platform and keep it running. By confirming to list your venue and accepting bookings on our platform, you are legally bound to FindAnyVenue's agreed commission or subscription fees and platform payment rules.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided through our Service is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or publicly display any content without prior written permission from us.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindAnyVenue.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FindAnyVenue.com, its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or regulation.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
